Order Times

Customer orders that are delivered via the Mediheath delivery drivers have the following order cut off times:

Mon - Fri: all orders confirmed before 1pm will be delivered the same day; all orders confirmed between 2pm - 7.00pm will be delivered the following morning (except Friday afternoon orders - which will be delivered Monday morning).

Customer orders that are delivered via our external partner (DX) have the following cut off time:

Mon - Fri: All orders confirmed before 6.30pm via Telesales, or 7pm via PMR & web ordering will be delivered the next working day.

We also deliver to any account on a Saturday morning between 9am & 1pm - such orders will carry a minimum order value & will need to be made over the phone with our telesales team.
